The Women’s Center provides services to survivors of dating, domestic, and sexual violence and stalking. Services include individual counseling, safety planning, assistance petitioning for a Personal Protection Order (PPO), information and referrals to outside sources, accompaniment to legal appointments and court hearings, and housing assistance. The Women’s Center Services serves Alger and Marquette Counties.

Sylvia’s Place provides services to victims of domestic violence. Services for residents include a 24-hour hotline, safe shelter, safety planning, food, clothing, and hygiene products, case management, individual and family counseling, housing referrals, and employment assistance. Services for non-residents include legal advocacy (PPO), Crime Victims Compensation assistance, domestic violence education, counseling, victim support, and court accompaniment. Sylvia’s Place serves Allegan County.
