Hill Country CARES provides services to victims of family violence, sexual assault, abuse and neglect, chronic illnesses, and self-destructive behaviors. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, a safe place for victims of domestic and sexual violence, court and hospital accompaniment, counseling and support, legal advocacy, as well as information and referrals to available community resources. All services to victims and their children are free of charge. Hill Country CARES serves Kerr, Kendall, Kimble, Bandera, and Gillespie Counties.
