Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse provides court accompaniment, support through outsourced agencies for client services and referrals to other legal aid agencies. They also provide Emergency services: free legal representation is provided for client and minor children, regardless of citizenship or residency, if victim of domestic violence, protective orders, emergency injunctions and restraining orders. Additionally they provide support in understanding the family court system.
