operates a 24-hour response line, an emergency safe house (with Kosher provisions under the supervision of the Va'ad of MetroWest), transitional housing, individual counseling and women's support groups, and a men's group for abusive men, and vocational services. The Rachel Coalition Court Advocacy Program provides a bilingual court advocate to work with victims in the domestic violence unit of the Essex County Family Court. Direct representation for victims of domestic violence is provided to eligible women.

This shelter houses 14 women and 30 children.
