Infoline is a Statewide Information, Referral, and Crisis Intervention Service. Callers can get help 24 hours a day. The professional caseworkers answering the phone can give up-to-date information about agencies and programs, make referrals, and intervene in crises, including suicide prevention.

Helping low-income callers with non-criminal legal problems in Connecticut, including family, employment, public benefits, housing, and consumer problems such as bankruptcy. The program’s website offers self-help legal information about many of these issues. May be able to provide referrals to legal aid or Pro Bono attorneys. The hotline is open from 9 AM to 3 PM Monday through Friday.
Statewide Toll Free Hotline
This is a confidential domestic violence hotline that connects callers to Certified Battered Women’s Counselors who can help with safety planning, crisis intervention, counseling, information, referrals, and/or shelter services.

Office Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday- Friday. Providing one-on-one support counseling, emergency shelter, a transitional living program, help with restraining orders, weekly support groups, legal advocacy, medical advocacy, and referrals. For survivors of sexual assault, they offer information, hospital exam support, advocacy at the police station and courthouse, help with victim compensation and restraining orders, emergency shelter, one-on-one support counseling, support groups, and referrals.
