Adult Protective Services

Provides statewide services to cases of suspected abandonment, abuse, exploitation, neglect, or self-neglect of vulnerable adults.
Attorney General’s Victim/Witness Program

The program can provide crime victims with information about the criminal justice process. Services include notification of the proceedings, assistance with restitution, and information about crime victim’s rights. Each county has a direct program line:

The DCADV works with member programs and allies to support access to services and legal remedies for victims of domestic violence. They work closely with the justice, health care, education, advocacy, and social service communities for effective policies and programs for victims and their children. The DCADV does not provide direct services to victims but their website links to resources that do.
Division of Family Services Child Abuse & Neglect Report Line

Latin American Community Center

Provides a range of bilingual and bicultural services to victims of domestic violence in all counties. Services include counseling, safety planning, assistance with Protection from Abuse orders, court accompaniment, and legal services.

A website for teens, parents, and teachers with information about teen dating violence and healthy relationships. SafeandRespectful.org does not provide direct services, but lists resources in Delaware and national resources.
