You will find some of the forms you need to file for an Order of Protection from Domestic Abuse at the New Mexico State Judiciary Self Representation website. (Hay formularios en espanol tambien.)
You can also visit the NM Courthouse Location nearest you and the clerk of court will have the forms you need to file. A local domestic violence organization or advocate in your area may be able to help you with the process. To find one, visit our NM State and Local Programs page.
