As of January 21, 2009, forms for protective orders were not available on this site. You can find a court near you from the NH Judicial Branch website to obtain the proper forms or by visiting our NH Courthouse Locations page.
Someone in a domestic violence organization in your area may be able to help you get the forms and also help you through the process. To find help in your area, go to NH State and Local Programs. You may also find help from DOVE.
DOVE is a NH program that links volunteer attorneys with clients who need representation for final protective order hearings. To receive help through DOVE, contact your local domestic violence support center. (Go to NH State and Local Programs) If your case meets program guidelines, an advocate will attempt to match you with a volunteer attorney who will represent you, free of charge, for your final protective order hearing.
Please let us know if you have any further information about finding forms online or otherwise: write to our Email Hotline.
