Protection Order Forms
Protection order forms for the State of North Dakota are not currently online. However, you may find the forms by calling or visiting the civil clerk at the courthouse in your area. To find the courthouse in your area, go to Courthouse Locations.
Someone in a domestic violence organization in your area may be able to help you get the forms and also help you through the process. To find help in your area, go to ND State and Local Programs.
Fee Waivers
If you are filing for custody and/or divorce and need court fees waived, you can find the forms here. Please note that there are no fees to file for a protection order.
Uncontested Divorce Forms
Uncontested divorce forms are available online here.
Here you will find a series of forms you will have to fill out along with instruction on how to do so and what to do with the forms once you have filled them out. If you do have children and/or your divorce is likely to be contested, you cannot use this form. If you use this form, be sure to read the instructions and the warnings very carefully.
The instructions say that you cannot have an attorney represent you if you use this forms. This means that you cannot have a lawyer come to court for you. You do have the option, though, of getting an attorney to look over this form once you have completed it to make sure you've filled them out properly and your interests are properly protected.
Custody Forms
Forms to file for child custody in the State of North Dakota are not currently published online by the courts.
