The Minnesota Courts website has forms related to filing an order of protection with an option to fill out the forms online, known as ”Fillable Smart Forms.” They also offer court forms related to custody and parenting time, divorce formssmall claims court forms, and forms for many other types of cases on the Minnesota Judicial Branch website.
