Idaho Court Forms

Updated:
November 4, 2021

On the Idaho Court website, you can find the forms for protection orders as well as for divorce, custody, paternity. They also have links to additional forms in various other types of cases. The Idaho Courts website also provides a checklist of information you need to have handy when filing for a protection order. The Idaho Courts also approved a statewide protection order form that can be filled out online. This program will walk you through the process, step-by-step, and is a free service - please note that WomensLaw is not affiliated with this website or service.

Your local courthouse will also be able to provide you with the forms you need. Go to our ID Courthouse Locations page for contact information. A local domestic violence organization or legal aid may also be able to offer assistance and support through this process. See our ID Advocates and Shelters page for help in your area.
