Preparing for Court
Most states have court forms that you can file to start court cases, to make motions in existing court cases, and to file other documentation with the judge. Please visit the court forms page for your state to find links to forms that are available online.
Some forms may not be available online. You may also find court forms at the clerk of court in your local courthouse. You may call the clerk of court or go to the courthouse in person to find out what forms they have available.
