A restraining order or protective order is a legal order issued by a state court which requires one person to stop harming another. In Oklahoma, there are several types of orders explained below.
Some restraining orders are issued in criminal court and some are issued in civil court.
A civil order that provides protection from a family member, household member or someone you had a dating relationship with.
Stalking can be any incident of threatening, following, surveillance, and/or coercive behavior that occurs more than once
Your OH Protection Order may be enforceable in another state.
If you are planning to move to OK or are going to be in OK for any reason, your protection or restraining order may be enforced.
