Some restraining orders are issued in criminal court and some are issued in civil court.
Protects you from abuse by a family or household member.
If you do not qualify for an Order for Protection, you may be able to get one of these types of orders.
Your Order of Protection may be enforceable wherever you move.
If you are planning to move to IN or are going to be in IN for any reason, your protection or restraining order may be enforced.
