A restraining order or protective order is a legal order issued by a state court which requires one person to stop harming another. In Idaho, there are Orders of Protection which are described below.
Some restraining orders are issued in criminal court and some are issued in civil court.
Provides protection from harm by a family member, household member or someone you used or are currently dating.
Your ID Protection Order may be enforceable in another state
If you are planning to move to ID or are going to be in ID for any reason, your protection or restraining order may be enforced.
