In Arizona, restraining orders are called Orders of Protection or Injunctions. These are court orders which require one person to stop harming another. There are several types of orders explained below.

Some restraining orders are issued in criminal court and some are issued in civil court.
Provides protection from a family or household member.
If you are not eligible for an Order of Protection, you may qualify for an Injunction against Harassment.
Your restraining or protective order may be enforceable wherever you move.
If you are planning to move to AZ or are going to be in AZ for any reason, your protection or restraining order may be enforced.
